Lindsey Cope Coaching offers three coaching options to best meet your needs! Race plans available for all distances (5k to ultras) and for all level of runners (novice, intermediate, or advanced). Each plan is customized to your goals, level, and race (no cookie cutter plans!).


If you're looking for guidance, but are a more experienced runner, consider the Customized Training Plan, which allows you to have a plan based on your history, health, and goals.


If you want more motivation, support, and guidance in your training, look at the 1-1 Run Coaching option, which includes a customized training plan uploaded on Final Surge, unlimited plan adjustments to target your performance, and unlimited email support. This option also includes weekly check-ins via text, phone, or Skype. These check-ins can be for support, motivation, problem-solving, education, and accountability.

A new option is the Phone Coaching Session.
